GERMAN PAINTERS IN COMPETITION
An online competition is in place to proclaim the best Max of the modern German painters. The following have been admitted to the final stages of the competition: Max Klinger for Christ’s Olympus,1897 (A), Max Liebermann’s Samson and Delilah,1902 (B) and Max Beckmann’s Self-portrait with champagne glass,1919 (C).
